Emerson Professional Tools
"Strategy, mission and brand identity are not usually associated with a facility. Our headquarters communicates these messages and has helped drive our market success." - Tim Ferry, President

Emerson Professional Tools was the first Divisional occupant to relocate to the newly renovated Emerson North Campus. This group required environments that could help them develop product concepts and bring those products to market faster.
Specifically, the 18-ft. floor to floor heights and the available volumes within the old factory allowed for the development of unique opportunities to connect product development-display-marketing-finance and administration. On the north and south elevations full height exterior glazing was installed to capitalize on the factory structure and provide unique components supporting the offices within. Emerson Professional Tools also benefits from the synergy of their proximity to Emerson research and corporate facilities already located on the campus.
