Joining Fox in 2021, Joel brings a wealth of expertise in design communication, project management, and client relationships, and has extensive experience in education and retail projects. Prior to joining Fox, Joel was a founding principal at Zwick + Gandt Architecture, a Saint Louis architecture office that, for 17 years, specialized in educational, religious, and multi-family projects locally, and nationally.

Joel Gandt is retired from full-time practice and continues to serve as an advisor to the firm, providing mentorship and helping ensure continuity in how we serve our clients and community.

Joel is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology (BAT) degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
