Amela was born in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She entered the world of architecture at a young age, reading about art and architecture in her father’s studio. Coming from a family of architects, 2D and 3D modeling tools were her way of expressing her creativity since childhood.
Amela studied at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Sarajevo. She graduated in 2010 as a Bachelor of Architecture. In 2012 she earned her Master’s degree in Architectural Interventions in Historical Urban Context.
After earning her Master’s degree, she gained experience in different fields, such as engineering, project management, supervision during building construction and quality assurance of executed works.
She sees every project as a challenge and an opportunity to make a positive change in people’s environment.
