We are brought together by our collective belief that we can do anything we set out minds to. The key isn't to have resources, but rather to be resourceful.
There's always something to learn from everyone
Great ides come from everyone. There will always be someone more knowledgeable, more talented, and better equipped to tackle certain tasks. We stay innovative because we welcome anyone's input and we continually get better because we listen and learn from them.
Constant engagement in our community is vital
At our core, we are about two things: people and design. We believe that in order to create great spaces, we must be ingrained in great communities. It is our social and moral responsibility to invest in the individuals and communities that shape us. We recognize that we are small, but we strive to make the world a better place for the regional and national landscape.
There's a better way, and we should always try to find it
Our standards work as a foundation for the project we build - they give us a starting point to try something different each time. Success comes from consistent change and improvement and this is fundamental to the way we approach our work.
